This is tonight's smoothie, something I am famous for and if you try it you will SOOOO die (in a good way)
I make them too much, too many calories. But screw it.
It will be my snack to hold me over till Boyfriend gets home.
This one has 1 Banana, 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries, 2 cups raw Kale, one scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 Vitamin C + Energy Flavor stick thingy, oh..some raw BABY CARROTS too. and more MERLOT than usual. (it's been a long day)
And ice. I always forget the ice.
Literally.
I drink it out of my tankard cups. And I use the Ninja blender (this is a whole nother story ... I got this blender for next to nothing a few months back by ordering online, using coupons and picking it up in store. I paid about $35 for the best blender I've ever used. It came with a food processor attachment, which have yet to use. No, I am not a paid endorser. I wish!)
So go make yourself one, let me know how delicious it is (you can use all kindsof substitutes, just think of things that would taste good together. I will give you more ideas in another post)
